the Internet. I works like this:
1) Your clients log on to a password-protected, secure web
page
2) They enter their credit card information
and submit their payment for the month
3) On the first of each month, The Barn
Works processes all the payments and sends you a check for
the entire amount collected
Boarders have the option of entering their payment
information on a month-by-month basis, or they can enroll in
an automatic billing program where board is automatically charged
to their card each month - without them having to do a thing!
The Barn Works will even send reminder emails to make sure clients
don't forget their payment.

we will send you a simple spreadsheet itemizing your revenue
